Timmy is a poseur

Most visitors to the sanctuary will have met Timmy, a quirky black and white boycat who has been with us for over a year now.  He began life here in a cat pen but that didn’t work, this character cat has an attitude problem at times.  Next we gave him his freedom and after an initial running wild period he found his way round and came back for bed and board every day.   Now Timmy is a favourite cat and follows us around everywhere we go.   He’ll greet customers and is usually to be seen balancing on top of a fence post seemingly inviting you to fuss him.   This is an act though and best advice is -Don’t!   Timmy is a free spirit and lives life on his own terms, being touched by strangers (and even people he knows sometimes) is definitely not advisable.  Tim is a loner and doesn’t pal up with any other cats, it’s us he likes – but only so long as we only look and don’t touch!
