Stray cats come in from the cold

   We’ve had several strays brought in recently, the two featured here are in good condition and so friendly that they must have been someone’s pet.  Penny, the black cat above, and Denver, the ginger and white shown below, came in separately from different areas.  In both cases we were told that their owners had moved house and left them behind.  It must be devastating for a cat when that happens, one day you’re sitting by the fireside and the next the door is closed to you.   Thank you to the kind people who brought them in to us.   Both Penny and Denver have been vaccinated and health checked and are ready for a new loving home.  You can read all about them on our Adoption pages.
