Here are some of our rescued horses enjoying a drink, in winter it’s food they are always wanting but these hot days they drink a lot of water. We don’t have water laid on to the fields so every drop they consume has to be fetched for them. These are our medium sized herd, then there are the big lads and the tinies are kept separately. This is (left to right) Rhogan, Misty, Dallas and Bubbles – all good friends – they empty their water trough within minutes and then we fill it up again! One day we’ll get water laid on and life will be much easier.
