Rufus is the smallest pony in the sanctuary

Rufus has to keep warm but his rug is too big even though it’s miniature pony XS size.  Rufus measure barely 26″, he is a really tiny little chap.  He doesn’t know how small he is though and is full of attitude when he sees one of the other ponies.
