Recycled duvets make great pet beds

What a great idea!   When a Pet Samaritan friend decided to replace her duvets she started work on recycling her old ones so that we could use them for dog and cat beds.   Cutting them up into squares and then sewing them into outer covers makes them just the right size.  Large duvets are difficult to handle and to dispose of when soiled.    These are perfect and will make lovely cosy and comfy beds for the dogs.  The smaller sizes are just right for the cats too.   We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible so this is especially good.   Thanks for thinking of the animals and for all your hard work.

If you have any unwanted bedding please bring it along – sheets and blankets are fine as they are.   We also take in curtains, clothes, handbags and shoes and turn them into pet food!
