We had a giant blue cat arrive at the Sanctuary this week. He’s a lovely chap and we think he might have a bit of Norwegian Forest cat in him due to his long legs and hint of feather. He’s settled down really well and made himself at home in Kitty City. We’ve called him Rackham after the famous childrens illustrator, Arthur Rackham. He looks like on of the cats from his illustrations.
The poorly kittens found starving in a rabbit hutch are going from strength to strength. They have the most amazing personalities and it’s so nice to see them enjoying life after all they have been through.
There has been so much demand for help with feral and unwanted pregnant cats recently, we have setup a whole section in Kitty City as a temporary nursery. Please get in touch if you would like to come and see them. We have some lovely kittens ready for adoption now.
A special thanks to all the kind Pet Samaritans who continue to bring in food supplies for the animals. You are amazing and we couldn’t continue with out your generosity. We still need lots of powdered kitten milk, cat litter (wood based please), kitten food, duck and chicken feed and pig nuts to keep us going.
