Monday morning thank you’s

It’s great to have so much help – thank you for all the good things brought in and food for the cats and kittens.  Thank you also for taking the trouble to bring injured birds and hedgehogs in to us, we get them straight on to heated pads, patch them up and have a lot of happy endings.   We’ve found lovely homes for many of our cats and dogs for adoption and even the ferrets (feisty!) and the turtle have now gone to expert carers.

Of course, it never stops – more hedgehogs and birds in over the weekend.  We’re looking for a home for Holly, help with vet bills for Kimme and kittens to vaccinate, cats to spay, blacksmith due next week….. another cat brought in and had five kittens yesterday.  Little beauties and a good mummy.

We’re hoping to have a yard sale first week in October – we’ll let you know the date in good time.  We’ve had  lots of really good stuff brought in so there’ll be lots of bargains and interesting items.  Our intention to have them through the summer didn’t work out – so many animals and birds brought in and we were just too busy.  Animals come first!
