Rufus is the smallest pony in the sanctuary, he measure barely 26inches, not as tall as some of the dogs. Although so tiny, he is full of character and is a loving, gentle little pony – we are desperate to save him and ensure his future. Rufus definitely has the will to live but he is frail and has many problems still to overcome.
Today we’ve launched an appeal to ensure his recovery. Click to visit our Fund Raising page.
You can also help by posting on your facebook or Twitter pages – just click the facebook or twitter buttons shown on the campaign page to create a post on your timeline.
Rufus has suffered such a terrible ordeal, shut in a stable for years and years without companionship, unable to walk, barely enough food to eat and in pain. In spite of what has happened to him, he has a loving nature and holds no grudge.
We are determined to do everything we can to get him better but we do NEED YOUR HELP. If you can spare even a small amount it will help to ensure his treatment and recovery. We would be grateful if you would take a moment to read about Rufus on the Appeal page on Fundrazr, please donate if you are able.
We’ll be very grateful if you can spare even a small amount to help this brave little ‘dog-sized’ pony.
Rufus whinnies whenever he sees us – ‘Don’t leave me’ he seems to be saying. Don’t worry Rufus, we won’t. You are safe now.
You can access the appeal from any of our posts and on the donation pages or by clicking on this link. You can also help by posting on your facebook or Twitter pages – just click the facebook or twitter buttons shown on the campaign page.
Watch out for regular updates on his progress….. and many thanks from Rufus and everyone at Pet Samaritans.
