Kids growing well

The two kids we’ve been bottle rearing are doing well.  They are having their first outings and nibbling grass now.  Like all kids they are explorers and finding a cat in the long grass startled them.  They are used to cats in their stable but didn’t expect her to follow them out into the field.

After a slow start, the male kid, Karma is much bigger than his little sister.  The other two kids are still with mum and they all go out together.  They aren’t as friendly with strangers as this hand reared pair.  Mum is all that matters.  Quite right too!
