Good morning little hedgehog

Our baby hedgehogs were all wide awake this morning and foraging round.  When they’ve had their breakfast they scurry off and burrow down in the hay for a snooze. We leave a selection of mealworms, sunflower seeds and peanuts out for them but it’s very rare for them to come out again till teatime.  The hedgehogs brought in last week are older and bigger – we’re still de-ticking them.   They are still being kept separately, one of them had a  lung infection when he came in so we’re making sure he’s alright before joining the others.  We’ll release them as soon as we’re sure they are alright.
