As well as lots of books in condition that we’d like you to come and buy (and help sanctuary funds) we have lots of other titles that are reading copies only. They might be a bit creased or scuffed round the edges, not good enough for us to sell, but perfect if you just want to read them. They are free to our visitors – we put several boxes of them out in our shop – ‘In the Dog House’ every weekend. Please come and help yourself – perhaps have a cup of tea or coffee and cake while you are here and browse our antiques, bygones and collectables, we have lots of jewellery and ‘more posh than dosh‘ clothes on offer too. Or just come and have a chat about our favourite subject – rescuing animals!
