Our wreath making workshop on the 27th November at the animal sanctuary in Chesterfield was a lot of fun. Thanks to everyone who attended and took part. The event proved to be very popular and was sold out in advance raising much needed funds for the animals. We hope to be able to hold more workshops like this next year, so if you missed out, keep an eye on our events page. It was great to see families and friends crafting wreaths together and making memories. A big thanks to Sara (and her mum) for being on hand to show everyone how to create fabulous Christmas wreaths and guide the evenings events.
Don’t forget it’s our Christmas fundraiser next week on the 7th and 8th December. If you missed out seeing the animals and wishing them a merry Christmas, make a date in your diary.
Our winter raffle is still open and you can buy some tickets here – prizes include a £250 photography session with a top local studio, Christmas hampers, donkey experiences, champagne, spa days, Huckleberry Willow gift vouchers and lots, lots more.
If you are looking for a present for a friend or family member this Christmas and don’t know what to get them, a Wildlife Angels membership could be just the gift. Membership includes a fabulous Wildlife Angels hand crafted enamel pin along with access to special events held at the sanctuary throughout the year. They’ll receive a certificate of membership along with a fine art card from our Wildlife Angels collection too. Find out more about our Wildlife Angels membership here.
We hope you enjoy the pictures from the workshop and look forward to seeing soon at the Christmas fundraiser.
