Cyndi is almost fully recovered

She’s a different dog!   Although it’s been a rollercoaster ride with this nervous little whippet x staffi.   She was thin when she came in to us so we’ve been fattening her up – she has a great appetite.   Then we’ve had to socialize her, at first Cyndi viewed everyone as the enemy, it was because she was scared.

The operation on her tail was traumatic for her and she hated wearing the collar.  (Although she still has it on at night, just to be safe).  If she bit her tail again I don’t know what we’d do!

Being able to go out for exercise and have lots of fuss is making all the difference.   We’re not out of the woods yet but Cyndi has started to play, now she smiles at us and is definitely on the mend.
