Coco
Coco is charming Orange-winged Amazon parrot that’s been at the animal sanctuary for quite some time now. We believe he is 24 years old and was brought into the sanctuary when his elderly owner passed away.
Coco loves noise. Hoovers, bells, phones and toddler sound toys. He likes to come out of his cage in his own time and will come for a head scratch when he gets to know and trust you. He has a great personality and likes being told he his a good boy. He now has a good diet and enjoys a wide variety of foods including apples, broccoli, carrot, water melon and enjoys seeds and nuts. His favourite treat is a custard cream.
We’d love to find a new home for Coco with someone who is experienced with parrots and has the time to devote to him.
What's included in the pet adoption fee?
Your adoption fee helps to cover things like vet health checkups, flea and worming, vaccinations, microchipping, neutering, pre-adoption vet costs and other costs when a pet is admitted to the animal sanctuary. The fee includes advice about looking after your adopted pet from the Pet Samaritans should you need us.
