Bookshop bargains

We have hundreds of books in our shop – from latest bestsellers to old and rare titles.   Why pay High Street prices when you can get your books for a fraction of the cost.    Many of the paperbacks are only 50p and we have hardbacks starting from £1.00.  There’s usually a box of reading copies for you to help yourself with no charge.      Looking for something special?    We’ll book search for free.   ‘In the Dog House’ our sanctuary bookshop is open 11.0 to 4.0pm Wednesday to Sunday.

Book sale this weekend

As well as many rare and out of print books, we also have a great selection of ‘as new’ fiction and non fiction titles.    Why pay High Street prices when you can get the same book here for a small price – around £1.00 – and save money and help the animals.  Crime, biographies, gardening, cooking, pets – we have shelves and shelves of books.

We open 11.0am to 4.0pm Saturday and Sunday, our coffee shop is open too –  free top up and that goes for pots of tea as well.   The cakes are handmade and quite delicious.

Have a look at the unusual greeting cards and silver designer jewellery – including Nomination Charms.   Wooden toys are always well received and we stock Melissa & Doug jigsaws, cook sets, dressing dolls and animal and construction play sets.   Is it too early to shop for Christmas?   I don’t think so.
